Fee includes ensuring access and participation of all sections of the conference works, edit the volume of the conference (ISBN index) or CD works, provision of conference materials and coffee breaks. It supports the participation of more than 2 papers as first author.

Abstracts must be submitted in English, and articles can be written in English, Romanian and Russian.
